This appeal from the grant of judgment on the pleadings for the plaintiff-crossdefendant involves a negligence action arising from a collision between a tractor-trailer and a train on Georgias Cedar Creek Road grade crossing. Because the Georgia courts have interpreted O.C.G.A. §§ 32-6-50 and 32-6-51 to abrogate the railroads duty to install warning devices at railroad crossings, we find no error and affirm.
